24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that the vast majority of the patients attend their appointments or give us plenty of notice if they cannot make one. Missed appointments and late cancellations not only affect your own progress but can also cause inconvenience for other patients who are in need of an appointment but were not able to get one that day. Please give the clinic 24 hours notice, so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. We recognise that situations arise where it is not always possible, unfortunately, due to the number of late cancellations or no shows we are receiving, we have had to impose a mandatory late cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation or No Show will be a full fee of the missed appointment
